The Moroncelli
summer apartments
All the Moroncelli summer apartments are particularly bright and spacious, equipped with air conditioning furnished in a functional and harmonious style in order to offer you a cosy atmosphere and a comfortable stay.
The Moroncelli summer apartments are divided in three dimension types:
- Type A:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a sofa bed, suitable for 6 persons.
(e.g. A type apartment plan) - Type B:
- 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a sea view terrace, suitable for 5 persons.
(e.g. B type apartment plan) - Type C:
- 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a sofa bed, suitable for 4 persons.
(e.g. C type apartment plan) - Type D:
- 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen with a sofa bed, suitable for 3 persons.
(e.g. D type apartment plan)
In the C and A type apartments it is possible to add another bed for an extra of 10% of the weekly price.
All the apartments have balconies with clotheslines, private bathroom with WC, shower, safe, intercom and are fully furnished with TV, fridge with freezer, oven and cooking utensils.
We will provide the only bed linen with a cleaning fee.
The house has an elevator and a common coin operated washing machine.
